Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 12 oz. package butterscotch chips
  • 4 cups chow mein noodles
  • 4 cups miniature marshmallows

Directions

  1. Melt the peanut butter and butterscotch over low heat until creamy. Remove from heat and add chow mein noodles. Stir until completely covered. Add marshmallows and gently fold them in. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper and let cool. Enjoy!! Yield: serves 24
Notes: Notes: If you want to add a crunch, use crunchy peanut butter.
