Ingredients

  • SUGAR FREE CARAMEL CORN
  • 5-6 CUPS POPPED POP CORN
  • 1(VERY FULL) CUP *SPENDA* BROWN SUGAR
  • 1/2 CUP SUGAR FREE PANCAKE SYRUP (BUTTER FLAVOR)
  • 2 STICK BUTTER
  • PINCH OF CREAM OF TARTER

Directions

  1. MIX ALL (EXCEPT CORN) IN MEDIUM SAUCE PAN, BRING TO BOIL AND BOIL FOR 4 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM HEAT, ADD 1 TAB. OF VANILLA AND 1/2 TEASPOON OF BAKING SODA.......STIR.......AND POUR OVER POPCORN.
  2. BAKE AT 275* FOR 1 HOUR. STIRRING EVERY 15 MINUTES.
  3. POUR OUT ON WAXED PAPER-EAT! Yield: serves 6
