1 lb. hamburger
1 onion
1 stick margarine
2-3 cups shredded cabbage
2 tubes crescent rolls
1 cup mozzarella cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Lightly brown hamburger and onion, (drain). Salt and pepper (Runzas have a lot of pepper in them). Cook cabbage in margarine until tender. Combine hamburger and cabbage mixtures.
Line 9x13 inch pan with 1 tube of the rolls. Put 1/2 of hamburger-cabbage mixture, then cheese, rest of hamburger-cabbage, and top with tube crescent rolls. Cook 25 minutes in 350 degree oven, then cover with tin foil and bake 10 minutes.
