  • 2 cans snow peg corn
  • 2 can black-eyed peas
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • garlic to taste
  • 1 small bottle of Italian dressing


  1. Drain peas and corn in colnder. Combine all vegetables in a bowl and add the Italian dressing.
  2. Mix well. Allow to set in refrigerator overnight.
  3. Drain off dressing before serving. Yield: serves 8
