- 2 cans snow peg corn
- 2 can black-eyed peas
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- garlic to taste
- 1 small bottle of Italian dressing
- Drain peas and corn in colnder. Combine all vegetables in a bowl and add the Italian dressing.
- Mix well. Allow to set in refrigerator overnight.
- Drain off dressing before serving. Yield: serves 8
