- (1) 8 oz. cream cheese - soften, (1) lg. box instant vanilla pudding, (1) can sweetened condensed milk, (6) 8 oz or (3) 12 or 16 oz. cool whip unthawed, 1 lg. bag of small mashmallows, (1) 8oz. or 12 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice, 1/2 cup chopped pecans or almonds. (1) bag frozen red raspberries - unthawed.
- Mix together with electric mixture, soft cream cheese and the vanilla pudding until just mixed. Add the can of sweetened condensed milk and blead just until mixed together. Add the can of crushed pineapple with juice fold in with a spoon. When you have this mixed together fold in 1 cool whip at a time until you have all the cool whip mixed in, fold in mashmallows and nuts. Right before your ready to serve add raspberries on top of salad, don't mix in. Yield: serves 20
