Nacho Doritos Enchilada Casserole
Because its easy and all my co-workers enjoy eating it when I bring it to work.
Ingredients
2 Bags Nacho Doritos
2 cans of Macayo Red Enchilada Sauce
1 small can of sliced black olives
1 bag of grated Kraft Mexican Cheese
1 white onion
Directions
Heat the Enchilada sauce in pan till boiling hot, then turn down heat to low. Layer Doritos bottom of pan then pour sauce repeat until you reach top of pan then pour rest of sauce. Put olives, cheese and onions on top. Place in oven at 350 degrees until cheese is melted, and then serve.
