1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
2 tsps. Worcestershire sauce
Combine all ingredients and mix well. (I put mine in a ziplock bag) Add meat to the marinade and stir to coat. Refrigerate overnight.
Stir occasionally.
