Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
  • 2 tsps. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Combine all ingredients and mix well. (I put mine in a ziplock bag) Add meat to the marinade and stir to coat. Refrigerate overnight.
Stir occasionally. Yield: serves 1
Notes: I also put some in a smaller bag and put mushrooms in it.
