- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
- 2 tsps. Worcestershire sauce
- Combine all ingredients and mix well. (I put mine in a ziplock bag) Add meat to the marinade and stir to coat. Refrigerate overnight.
- Stir occasionally. Yield: serves 1
