My boyfiend (who is no stranger to the kitchen) and I always look for creative ways to use leftover turkey. This is our most recent creation.

  • 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cayenne Pepper

  2. Serve with Tostito Tortilla Chips or Garlic Bread croutons. Enjoy! Yield: serves 6
Notes: Between Thanksgiving & Christmas, time at home is limited with working full time, Christmas shopping and baking. This recipe is quick to assemble and I can walk away. With a quick stir an hour later, I can bake goodies, wrap gifts, or sneak a little nap.
