Chocolate crumb brownies

Crumb Topping:
1 stick butter (cold)
1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Brownies:
2 sticks butter (melted)
2 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
4 eggs
1 cup flour
Directions
Topping:
In a large bowl mix flour, sugar, brown sugar and cocoa powder. Cut cold butter(1stick) into mix, and with hands form into crumbs. Set aside.
Brownies:
In a large bowl, mix melted butter, sugar and cocoa powder until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time and mix well. Stir in flour. Grease a 9x13 pan and pour brownie batter in. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes, then sprinkle crumbs over brownies and bake additional 10-15 minutes until crumbs look done. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
