Reviews for Cola Pork Chops
"This was a really simple recipe that called for ingredients I had on-hand. It smells great while it cooks! Unfortunately, it just didn't appeal to my family's tastes. I think if I tried it again, I would try to season the pork and the ketchup/cola mixture to give it more depth. I would also try to thicken the sauce as it was a little thin for our preference."
"This is a fun, easy, and tasty recipe! The tartness of the ketchup combines with the sweetness of the cola to provide a unique and yummy sauce. The onions are a nice complement to the dish."
"Good recipe..The pork chops were really tender & the red onion perfected the flavor..Will make again.."
