  • 2 boneless pork loin chops (5 ounces each)
  • 8 red onion rings
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup cola
  • Hot cooked couscous, optional

Nutritional Facts

1 each: 225 calories, 8g fat (3g saturated fat), 68mg cholesterol, 396mg sodium, 9g carbohydrate (4g sugars, 1g fiber), 28g protein.


  1. Place the pork chops in a shallow 3-cup baking dish coated with cooking spray. Top with onion rings. Combine ketchup and cola; pour over chops.
  2. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until meat is tender. Serve with couscous if desired. Yield: 2 servings.

"This is a fun, easy, and tasty recipe! The tartness of the ketchup combines with the sweetness of the cola to provide a unique and yummy sauce. The onions are a nice complement to the dish."
