- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 Eggland's Best Egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 11 to 12 slices white bread
- In a bowl, combine the coconut, sugar, butter, egg and vanilla; mix
- well. Spread over each slice of bread; place on ungreased baking
- sheets. Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Yield: 11-12 servings.
