- 4 cups sugar
- 3 cups baking cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 quart warm water
- 2 quarts boiling water
- 4 gallons hot milk
- In a large kettle, combine sugar, cocoa, salt and warm water; mix
- well. Add boiling water; boil for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat;
- stir in hot milk. Yield: 100 servings.
