Simple and classic, these dilled cucumbers are a perfect side for a summer picnic or potluck. We like them alongside grilled hamburgers.

I would add a little more sugar for more of a equal taste of lemon juice /sugar ratio. Maybe add a 1/2 tsp to 3/4 tsp of sugar instead of the 1/4 tsp. Or if you don't want to add more sugar than cut down on the lemon juice. This recipe was light and delicious. A nice change of pace from the usual Mayo/Miracle Whip dressing mix. I did notice that the sour cream mixture became almost milk like in consistency when you mixed it with the drained cucumbers.
