This is such an easy way to add avocados to your diet. Use healthy multi-grain bread and top with sliced radishes and cracked pepper or lime zest, chipotle peppers and cilantro for extra flavor. —Rachel Seis, Milwaukee, Wisconsin

  • 1 slice hearty bread, toasted
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil
  • 1/4 medium ripe avocado, sliced
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt

Nutritional Facts
