Citrus Vinaigrette Recipe

Tart, tangy and citrusy flavors abound in this quick vinaigrette to whisk together any night of the week you've got the good greens to go with it. —Taste of Home Test Kitchen
TOTAL TIME: Prep/Total Time: 5 min. YIELD:4 servings


  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


  • 1. Place all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid; shake well. Chill until serving. Just before serving, shake dressing and drizzle over salad. Yield: 1/2 cup.

"It was good I left out the Dijon Mustard"

"This dressing was awesome! What a nice change from your usual German creamy/herby/heavy dressing.... I added abit of salt, and mayo to help it stick together.. Served it on a platter with mandarin oranges and sunflower seeds on top and it looked awesome. Fresh and light, just in time for summer!"
