  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons: 53 calories, 4g fat (0 saturated fat), 0 cholesterol, 47mg sodium, 5g carbohydrate (4g sugars, 0 fiber), 0 protein.


  1. Place all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid; shake well. Chill until serving. Just before serving, shake dressing and drizzle over salad. Yield: 1/2 cup.

"This dressing was awesome! What a nice change from your usual German creamy/herby/heavy dressing.... I added abit of salt, and mayo to help it stick together.. Served it on a platter with mandarin oranges and sunflower seeds on top and it looked awesome. Fresh and light, just in time for summer!"
