Citrus Iced Tea with Mint Recipe
- 8 cups water, divided
- 6 individual tea bags
- 1 to 2 mint sprigs
- 3-1/2 teaspoons Crystal Light lemonade drink mix
- 2 cups orange juice
- Ice cubes
- 1. In a Dutch oven, bring 1 qt. of water to a boil. Add tea bags and mint. Cover and steep for 10 minutes. Strain; discard tea bags and mint.
- 2. In a large container, combine lemonade mix and remaining water. Stir in the tea and orange juice. Cool. Serve over ice. Yield: 8 servings.

"this had been my recipe which I had submitted back in 2002 for Taste of Home and I rewrote it & modified it! I changed the recipe to "Iced Lemon Tea" & it was used in healthy Cooking for 2012! I felt that the orange juice had muddied up the iced tea, so I purposely worked on perfecting this recipe! DELowenstein"
