  • 1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1-1/4 cups vanilla ice cream

Nutritional Facts

1 cup: 426 calories, 9g fat (6g saturated fat), 36mg cholesterol, 68mg sodium, 86g carbohydrate (73g sugars, 1g fiber), 4g protein.


  1. Place the first five ingredients in a blender; cover and process on high speed until smooth. Add ice cream and process until blended. Pour into chilled glasses. Serve immediately. Yield: 2 servings.
