This special relish is a wonderful side dish for turkey or ham. I especially appreciate it during the hectic holiday season because it can be made ahead of time and refrigerated until serving. —Julie Wesson of Hainesville, Illinois

"Wow! This is the first successful cranberry relish I've ever had. I was looking for something last minute that I could make with the things I had on hand. I used 2 mandarin oranges instead of the tangerine, and I only use pure maple syrup. This was used up in the first sitting with no leftovers."
