Citrus Cider Punch Recipe
"I share this refreshing punch recipe with people who visit our apple cider mill," says Carolyn Beck of St. Johns, Michigan. "It's perfect for autumn and holiday gatherings."
- 1 gallon apple cider, chilled
- 1 can (12 ounces) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 1 medium lemon, sliced
- 4 spiced apple rings
- In a large punch bowl, combine cider and lemonade. Garnish with lemon slices and apple rings. Yield: 25 servings (4-3/4 quarts).
