"My husband wanted to try these , but I could not find cinnamon chips anywhere and I looked everywhere! So, I used dark chocolate chips instead and they loved them! Very good and so simple!"

"My new go-to bar recipe! Couldn't find the butter pecan cake mix, so used a butter mix. The only other substitution I made was to use a mix of chopped pecans and peanuts because I had a bag of them I needed to use. The cinnamon chips added great flavor. Would be great on a Thanksgiving buffet!"

"Such an easy recipe - yet SO tasty! We loved the bars by themselves but decided to sweeten the treat a little more with a vanilla frosting drizzle."

"quick and easy bar recipe. A great way to use up those left over cinnamon chips you bought way too many of for Christmas baking. Just remember too lower the heat 25 degrees if using a dark pan."

"Very easy to make, lots of flavor with the cinnamon chips. My store only had a butter cake mix so I used that. Great recipe."
