Cinnamon Apple Shakes Recipe
Autumn flavor is abundant in this rich beverage shared by Natalie Carter from Killeen, Texas. Simply blend applesauce, caramel topping, ice cream and a couple other ingredients for a sweet and velvety fall treat.
- 3 cups vanilla ice cream
- 3/4 cup 2% milk
- 1/2 cup cinnamon applesauce
- 1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping
- 1/2 teaspoon rum extract
- 1. In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses. Serve immediately. Yield: 4 servings.
1 cup equals 300 calories, 12 g fat (7 g saturated fat), 47 mg cholesterol, 175 mg sodium, 45 g carbohydrate, 1 g fiber, 5 g protein.
