Cinnamon Apple-Nut Salad

3 medium red apples, chopped

3 medium Granny Smith apples, chopped

1 cup chopped pecans, toasted

1/2 cup dried cranberries

2 green onions, chopped

1/4 cup plus 1-1/2 teaspoons mayonnaise

3 tablespoons cider vinegar

3 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon plus 1-1/2 teaspoons orange juice

1 tablespoon grated orange zest

3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon pepper

In a large bowl, combine the apples, pecans, cranberries and onions. In a small bowl, whisk the remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over apple mixture; toss to coat. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
