- 3 tablespoons reduced-fat cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons mango chutney
- 2 croissants, split
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 2 slices red onion
- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken breast
- Spread cream cheese and chutney over croissant bottoms. Layer with lettuce, onion and chicken. Replace tops. Yield: 2 servings.

"These were possibly the best sandwiches I have ever made. Incredible! I did not have the mango chutney, but I did have a raspberry chipotle sauce which I used instead. I think any sweet and slightly spicy sauce would work well with these sandwiches. Thanks so much for my new favorite lunch!"
