The complex flavors of the chutney perfectly complement the cream cheese in this unique sandwich. It's a great way to use leftover chicken, and it's pretty enough for a special occasion like a shower.—Jane Ingraham, San Marcos, California

"These were possibly the best sandwiches I have ever made. Incredible! I did not have the mango chutney, but I did have a raspberry chipotle sauce which I used instead. I think any sweet and slightly spicy sauce would work well with these sandwiches. Thanks so much for my new favorite lunch!"
