“This recipe came from my sister-in-law, who’s an excellent cook. I have substituted gorgonzola cheese, which also works well.”
- 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
- 1 cup (4 ounces) crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Yield: 1-1/2 cups.
