Ingredients

  • 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
  • 1 cup (4 ounces) crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

Nutritional Facts

2 tablespoons equals 114 calories, 10 g fat (5 g saturated fat), 23 mg cholesterol, 189 mg sodium, 1 g carbohydrate, trace fiber, 3 g protein.

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Yield: 1-1/2 cups.
