  • 1 cup chocolate milk
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 medium banana, peeled, cut into chunks and frozen
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes

1-1/4 cup: 208 calories, 7g fat (4g saturated fat), 23mg cholesterol, 104mg sodium, 33g carbohydrate (28g sugars, 2g fiber), 7g protein


  1. In a blender, combine the milk, yogurt, banana, honey and vanilla; cover and process until smooth. Add ice cubes; cover and process until blended. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 2 servings.
