- 1 slice cinnamon bread
- 1 teaspoon butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons 60% cacao bittersweet chocolate baking chips
- Sliced banana and strawberries, optional
- Spread both sides of bread with butter. In a small skillet, toast bread over medium-high heat 2-3 minutes on each side, topping with chocolate chips after turning. Remove from heat; spread melted chocolate evenly over toast. If desired, top with fruit. Yield: 1 serving.
