Chocolate Chip Muffins Recipe
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 Eggland's Best Egg
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
- In a large bowl, combine the first four ingredients. In a small bowl, beat egg, milk and oil. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups three-fourths full. Bake at 400° for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack. Yield: 1 dozen.

So disappointed in these. The batter is insanely thick, you definitely have to add more milk. Very heavy muffins. Don't waste your time or ingredients :(
Love how easy it was to make. I did change it to 1 cup of milk but other than that it was great. Super happy I found this recipe.

I made these muffins and my sisters and parents loved them. My dad does not really like baked goodies but he LOVED the muffins. my aunt and cousins and friends loved it and asked for the recipe. THEY ARE THE BEST MUFFINS I EVER HAD!!! =P
