Chocolate Cherry Smoothies Recipe
- 1 cup 2% chocolate milk
- 1 cup frozen pitted dark sweet cherries
- 1 carton (4 ounces) whipped chocolate mousse yogurt
- 4 ice cubes
- 1. In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 2 servings.
1-1/3 cups: 222 calories, 5g fat (3g saturated fat), 16mg cholesterol, 128mg sodium, 37g carbohydrate (32g sugars, 2g fiber), 7g protein.
