I developed my own recipe after tasting a similar drink at a local restaurant. My children love the chocolaty taste—and now they drink more milk than before.

- 3 cups milk, divided
- 2 large bananas, cut into pieces
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
- In a blender container, combine 1-1/2 cups milk, bananas, vanilla and chocolate syrup. Blend until smooth. Add remaining milk and blend again. Serve immediately. Yield: 4-6 servings (4 cups).
