I developed my own recipe after tasting a similar drink at a local restaurant. My children love the chocolaty taste—and now they drink more milk than before.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups milk, divided
  • 2 large bananas, cut into pieces
  • 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup

Nutritional Facts

1 serving (1 cup) equals 186 calories, 5 g fat (3 g saturated fat), 17 mg cholesterol, 73 mg sodium, 32 g carbohydrate, 2 g fiber, 5 g protein.

Directions

  1. In a blender container, combine 1-1/2 cups milk, bananas, vanilla and chocolate syrup. Blend until smooth. Add remaining milk and blend again. Serve immediately. Yield: 4-6 servings (4 cups).
