  • 1 package (8-1/2 ounces) corn bread/muffin mix
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon minced chives

Nutritional Facts

1 piece: 144 calories, 5g fat (2g saturated fat), 37mg cholesterol, 271mg sodium, 20g carbohydrate (6g sugars, 0 fiber), 4g protein.


  1. Prepare corn bread batter according to package directions. Stir in cheese and chives. Pour into a greased 8-in. square baking dish. Bake at 400° for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm. Yield: 9 servings.
