Chinese-Style Cabbage Recipe
This speedy cabbage dish picks up nice flavor from the onion and soy sauce.
TOTAL TIME: Prep/Total Time: 10 min. YIELD:1-2 servings
- 1-1/2 cups shredded Chinese or napa cabbage
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- Dash pepper
- 1-1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1. In a small skillet, saute the cabbage, celery and onion in oil for 4-5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and soy sauce. Yield: 2 servings.
