Chinese-Style Cabbage

 Chinese-Style Cabbage
This speedy cabbage dish picks up nice flavor from the onion and soy sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups shredded Chinese or napa cabbage
  • 1/2 cup sliced celery
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • Dash pepper
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons soy sauce

Directions

  • In a small skillet, saute the cabbage, celery and onion in oil for
  • 4-5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and
  • soy sauce. Yield: 2 servings.
