Chili Seafood Sauce
My husband and I like to treat ourselves to a shrimp appetizer twice a month when we have company over. This sauce goes wonderful with breaded jumbo butterfly shrimp.

- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- In a small bowl, combine the ketchup, chili sauce, lemon juice,
- horseradish and pepper sauce. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
- Yield: 1 cup.
