Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 cups miniature marshmallows
  • TOPPING:
  • 2/3 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 package (10 ounces) peanut butter chips
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups crisp rice cereal
  • 2 cups salted peanuts

Directions

  • In a bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolks and vanilla; mix
  • well. Combine flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda; add to
  • creamed mixture and mix well. Press into a greased 13-in. x 9-in.
