Chesapeake Slaw Recipe
- 3 cups shredded cabbage
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1-1/2 teaspoons seafood seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Dash pepper
- 1. In a bowl, combine cabbage and carrots. In a small bowl, combine oil, vinegar, seafood seasoning, salt and pepper. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Yield: 4-6 servings.
