MY REVIEW

"This was awesome! For one serving, I used 1/3 cup Weight Watchers Mexican cheese, 2 tbsp salsa & added about 1/8 tsp cumin & chili powder. I didn't broil, but cooked it on the stove top till nice & crispy. I also served with more salsa on the side. Delicious!!"

"Anyone I've ever made these for is crazy about them- it's almost embarrassing when you realize how easy they are to make. I recommend varying on the recipe with some spices, veggies, or even some rice."
