  • 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons orange juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Assorted fresh berries

1/4 cup: 92 calories, 6g fat (4g saturated fat), 20mg cholesterol, 80mg sodium, 7g carbohydrate (7g sugars, 0 fiber), 4g protein.


  1. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add the sour cream, honey, orange juice and cinnamon; beat until smooth. Serve with berries. Refrigerate leftovers. Yield: 1 cup.
