Celery Seed Dressing Recipe
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon dried minced onion
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1. In a bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Stir in vinegar and onion. Slowly add oil, whisking constantly until combined. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve over fresh fruit or salad greens. Yield: 1-1/2 cups.

"I can't imagine what I did wrong. Instructions are very clear. This one just did not work out for me. I did cut the amount of sugar and even that was too sweet for our tastes. The sugar never dissolved. Even though it had plenty of counter top resting time. The amount of celery seed was very lacking. It also had way too much oil. Sorry to have such a negative review but no one was more disappointed than I was.Janie"
