- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1/4 cup Miracle Whip
- 4 celery ribs, sliced
- 2 small apples, chopped
- 1 can (10 ounces) salted cashews
- In a bowl, combine confectioners' sugar and Miracle Whip until smooth. Stir in the celery, apples and cashews. Serve immediately. Yield: 8-10 servings.

"Easy to make and delicious to eat but the cashews get soggy very quickly. Leftovers aren't that great but there rarely are any."
