Cappuccino Pudding Recipe

With its fun combination of chocolate, coffee and cinnamon, this smooth dessert is one of my favorites. A garnish of whipped topping and chocolate wafer crumbs provides additional appeal. —Cindy Bertrand, Floydada, Texas

"How about adding a half teaspoon of rum flavoring, and cut a couple of lady fingers into two pieces to stand up around the individual serving bowls. Then you would have a Tiramisu dessert."

"I made this pudding yesterday for my Grandson who had just had some dental surgery and wasn't able to eat much of anything. He loved it and told his Mom to get the recipe. I am not very fond of chocolate but this pudding is outstanding and so simple to make."
