  • 4-1/2 teaspoons orange juice concentrate
  • 3/4 cup cubed cantaloupe
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons sugar

Nutritional Facts

1-1/4 cups: 304 calories, 11g fat (6g saturated fat), 41mg cholesterol, 104mg sodium, 49g carbohydrate (44g sugars, 1g fiber), 6g protein.


  1. In a blender, combine orange juice concentrate and cantaloupe; cover and process until smooth. Add the ice cream, milk and sugar; cover and process until blended. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 2 servings.

"yum yum yum. This was a great use of a cantaloupe that wasn't quite sweet enough. It tasted alot like an orange juilous but in a milk shake."
