"This recipe really WAS simple & delicious. My chicken breasts were extremely thick so i browned them on each side in the skillet & then finished it all in the oven. I also added a can of sliced black olives & instead of fresh tomatoes I used a can of drained diced tomatoes. It turned out very tender."

"This is a delicious, easy and fast recipe. I've made it twice using chicken tenderloin strips instead of whole breasts. The first time I made the recipe as written, the second time I used blue cheese dressing and omitted the feta. Both were excellent, and simple enough the recipe stays in your head without having to refer back to it!"

"I didn't have fresh tomatoes so I added a can of diced. I also added olives and fresh spinach and served over rice. I also cut the chicken into smaller pieces.. the basic premise of the recipe is there. It was very tasy and fast"

"We don't like tomatoes so I left those out, maybe next time I'll add mushrooms maybe.. I thought it was ok, but my kids really loved it! And that alone makes this a keeper. I'll make this again"

"This was tasty and very easy to make and not time consuming. I added some spices--parsley,oregano, some garlic. Also added mushrooms. Would make it again. Did serve with a salad and crusty bread."

"This is (or should be) my recipe. I don't know what happened to the recipe I submitted or the directions. There was no oil or salt and pepper in the original recipe. The directions should be as follows...

Flatten 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves to even thickness between waxed paper or plastic wrap. Heat 1/4 cup Caesar Dressing in 12” nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook about 10 minutes, turning once, or until chicken is slightly browned and no longer pink in center. A few minutes before removing from heat, sprinkle chicken with 1 cut-up tomato and 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese; cover skillet to soften cheese. Serve with a side salad and hearty bread for a light and healthy meal.
The description should read Caesar chicken NOT tomatoey chicken. Makes me wonder about other TOH recipes."
