My husband and three boys all love oven-roasted potatoes. But I work full-time, so once I get home and start dinner, I usually don’t have time to make them. I whipped up this quick and very tasty microwave recipe with red potatoes and seasonings instead, and everyone likes it. –Heidi Iacovetto, Phippsburg, Colorado

"Easy peasy-I made 1/2 recipe w white round potatoes and cut them smaller, cooked 9 mins. Could have used less butter maybe. Thanks"

"The flavor is good but I thought the potatoes came out kind of chewy/soggy from the microwave. I think I will try it in the oven next time. I also added 1 tsp. of italian seasoning."
