Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 2-1/2 teaspoons Italian salad dressing mix
  • Assorted fresh vegetables

1/4 cup (calculated without vegetables) equals 309 calories, 33 g fat (5 g saturated fat), 16 mg cholesterol, 444 mg sodium, 1 g carbohydrate, 0 fiber, 1 g protein.

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, buttermilk and dressing mix. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Serve with vegetables. Yield: 1 cup.
