- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 drop lemon extract
- Place all ingredients in a blender container. Cover and process on high until smooth. Pour into glasses. Refrigerate any leftovers. Yield: 2 servings.
