Buttermilk Salad Dressing Recipe
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1. In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine all the ingredients; shake well. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Yield: 1-1/4 cups.
1 serving (2 tablespoons) equals 126 calories, 13 g fat (2 g saturated fat), 6 mg cholesterol, 162 mg sodium, 1 g carbohydrate, trace fiber, trace protein.
