Buttermilk Peach Slush Recipe
- 3/4 cup apricot nectar
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 cups unsweetened sliced peaches
- 2 to 4 tablespoons sugar
- 5 ice cubes
- In a blender, combine all ingredients. Cover and process until smooth. Pour into glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 4 servings.
